Lux Resale's "Forensic Authentication Report" is based on current known brand craftsmanship databases and technical methods. We assume lifetime responsibility for our authentication results and provide compensation according to the Authenticity Guarantee Agreement.
All items entering Lux Resale's global vault nodes automatically enter a full-insurance state. The insurance amount is based on the appraised value at the time of entry.
Any disputes arising from transactions should primarily be resolved through friendly negotiation at our arbitration nodes in Dubai or Hong Kong. If negotiation fails, they shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts in the company's place of registration.
