What we control
Pattern & sample room
In-house pattern making for pet blocks, graded XXS–XXL. A first sample of an existing style ships in 7 days; a new bespoke block in 12–15 days.
Fabric & trim sourcing
Direct mill relationships for taffeta, oxford, fleece, knit yarn and PU coatings. REACH-compatible suppliers, material declarations on request.
Cutting, sewing, finishing
Lines sized for 100-piece trial orders through to container volume. Same crew, same QC standard at both ends.
Branding & packaging
Woven labels, heat-transfer logos, embroidery, hangtags, barcode application, poly bags and retail gift boxes.
Quality control
Inline inspection, measurement sheet per size, and a pre-shipment photo report you receive without asking.
Export & logistics
FOB Shenzhen / Yiwu, CIF to your port, or DDP door. Documents issued early for your customs broker.
Verification, on your terms
We would rather be checked than promised. Any of these are available before you pay a deposit:
- Live video factory walkthrough — booked around your timezone, unscripted, you direct where the camera goes.
- Third-party inspection — SGS, TÜV, BV or your own agent; we cooperate fully and have nothing to hide about.
- Business licence and export records — provided on request during due diligence.
- Reference orders — for markets where our clients allow it, we will connect you.
- Sample-first purchasing — the cheapest due diligence there is. Order a sample, test it on your own dogs.
