What is your MOQ?
100 pieces per style, mixable across sizes and stocked colours of that style. Custom Pantone colourways start at 300 pcs per colour. There is no MOQ on samples — but you pay sample cost plus courier.
Can I order a sample first?
Yes, and we would rather you did. Existing styles ship in 7 days. Sample cost is refunded against your first production order over 300 pcs.
Are the product photos real?
The garment images are production-ready design renders and the lifestyle images are concept renders — we label them. Construction, fabric weight and hardware shown are what we build to. Your physical sample is the reference.
Can you make my own design?
Full OEM: your pattern block, fabric, hardware, Pantone colour, woven label, hangtag and packaging. Send a sketch or reference product; a tech pack comes back in about 8 days and a prototype in 15.
What are the payment terms?
30% deposit and 70% before shipment after the pre-shipment inspection report. L/C at sight for established accounts. PayPal for samples.
Which shipping terms do you offer?
FOB Shenzhen or Yiwu as default, CIF to your port, or DDP door delivery. We can also work with your own freight forwarder.
How long is production?
15–35 days depending on construction — tees and vests are fastest, knits and LED products slowest. Halloween and Q4 gift orders should be confirmed by June to hold capacity.
Do you handle sizing for my market?
Yes. We keep a European block (deeper chest, shorter back) and a US mass block, and we produce to your own size chart at no tooling cost. See the size guide.
Can you provide compliance documents?
Material declarations, pre-shipment inspection reports and third-party inspection coordination, yes. For specific lab tests your retail buyer requires, we commission them before production and you get the lab PDF. See compliance.
What if the goods arrive with a defect?
Report it with photos within 14 days of arrival. Verified manufacturing defects are credited or remade — and because we send a pre-shipment photo set and measurement sheet, we can usually tell from photos alone which side of the line it came from.
Do you work with small retailers?
Yes — the 100-piece mixed MOQ exists precisely so a single store can test a clothing category without a container.
How do I trust a supplier I have never met?
