Yes. This construction is rated WR 8000mm, taped seams on request, so it handles rain and sleet in a normal winter walk. It is not a waterproof-breathable shell for all-day downpours — we say so plainly rather than overselling, because overspec claims are what get coats returned.

Yes — woven label, heat-transfer logo, custom hangtags and poly-bag packaging are standard. Custom labelling is free of tooling charges at normal MOQ. Full private-label development (your fabric, colours or pattern) starts at 300 pcs per colourway on our OEM page.

Our stocked block runs XXS–XXL, sized for the European breed mix (deeper chest, shorter back than mass-market US patterns). Most wholesale buyers take XS–XL with a 1-2-2-2-1 ratio as a starting assortment; extended sizing to 3XL is available on request, and we produce to your own size chart if you have one. See the measuring guide.

Stocked-colour samples ship in about 7 days. Production for this style takes 15-20 days after confirmed sample after sample approval, and we send pre-shipment QC photos before the balance payment. Sea freight from Shenzhen runs roughly 12–18 days to the US West Coast and 25–35 days to North EU.

Fabrics are sourced REACH-compatible, and we support retail onboarding with material declarations and test reports. The reference HS code for this category is 6210.50 — we put it on your commercial paperwork so customs clearance is clean.
